Buttocks and Thigh Exercise

Description: This is a simple buttocks exercise that can be done without any equipment. Instructions: Show Individual Steps 1 On an exercise mat or floor, kneel and place your forearms on the floor. Your back should be straight. 2 Reach the left leg back until your head, back, and leg are all forming a straight line. Bring the left leg back down, but don't let the knee touch the floor or mat. Repeat 8-12 times. 3 Reach the right leg back until your head, back, and leg are all forming a straight line. Bring the right leg back down, but don't let the knee touch the floor or mat. Repeat 8-12 times. Rest, then repeat the entire exercise sequence, if desired.
