A simple stretch for the hip flexors and buttocks that can be done anywhere.
Instructions:
Show Individual Steps 1 Kneel on an exercise mat with your right foot out in front of you. Keep your back straight - be
careful not to lean forward or backward during this stretch. 2 Keeping your back straight, bend your right knee until you feel a stretch in the front of your left hip. You may also feel a stretch in your right buttocks. Repeat with your left foot out in front. Hold for at least 20-30 seconds. Repeat at least twice for each leg.
